Default Brain Power

Brain power by Marilyn Vos Savant.

It's a nice book, I'm currently reading it and find it very informative. I recommend this to people who wish to better their mind. But before you read, read it slow.

Thanks for the tip Magi.

I just finished Power of Focus by Les Hewitt and I was looking for a new book to start. Your post gives me my next book choice!

Anything specific this book has helped you achieve/understand?

When you'll read it, you'll understand. ^^, It's improves your mind. I'm a trained mental athlete but, reading that book, allowed me to further develop my craft and understand my way of thinking. ^^
