Default Day dreaming

Daily morning I get up at 6 o clock to prepare for GMAT, Down the lane when I am studying theory I start day dreaming, and my thoughts wander and I have to gather them quite often, I hate this, because I want to make most of the time but I quite often catch myself and bring the thoughts back.

How should I improve this ? I am motivated and serious about my ambition..Please help !

If you would really like what you do you would not daydream in the middle of the activity. Daydreaming comes from boredom. You should reasess what you really like.

@Thread Starter,

I advice you to use your imagination on your studies. See what you're studying as an image of a film, better yet, you're the character relative to the topics you wish to learn.

This is how we, trained memory men do it in order to remember. It makes learning less boring.

Use your imagination.
