Default How to wake up early?

Has anyone figured out how to implement the habit of waking up to the alarm without resorting to this method? How to Get Up Right Away When Your Alarm Goes Off

Or does anybody who have successfully developed the habit of waking up early used any other method besides what Steve promotes?

The Best way to wake up earlier is to do something you love every day, that will get you out of bad fast in no time. It did for me.

Key here of course is a habit. At some point I could wake up at 1:00PM or later. At some point at 5:00AM

I notice that If I am excited to do something next morning, I have no problem waking up early. If I am unclear on what to do next day, I can spend time in bed as long as I desire. Try to at least plan your day a little bit in advance and know your long term goals. It definitely helped me to establish a habit of waking up early.

Also it is possible to force yourself for 30 days to form a habit without knowing why, but it will fire back eventually in a negative way. I didn't think we should do anything through force.

Love to hear your thoughts
