Mark Forster has a great website too - and he has some interesting information about a new time management system called "Autofocus" which has some refreshing and simple ideas.

I really liked (and still use) Getting Things Done and The 4-Hour Work Week. The (audio)books by Brian Tracy (Eat This Frog!) are great too.

Of course, there's also an abundance of information about this topic online with sites like lifehack.org.

For me personally the best book I ever read on topic of high performance, productivity is The Power of Full engagement by Tony Schwartz.

It is not directly addressing about productivity like (GTD books) but it is a systematic approach on why it is essential to manage our energy in a right way. This books is a new level I think.

I got so many insights from this book and implemented many rituals. It definitely got me more productive then any other book.

The basic idea is we need energy for high performance in any life area and that there is 4 fundamental sources of energy: spiritual, mental, emotional, physical. It described how to renew energy on all of those level. There is much more to it, I can't recommend it highly enough.

zen habits - Zen To Done (ZTD): The Ultimate Simple Productivity System | Zen Habits

Forget productivity book, read the short article -- it's as good as any book.
