Hi! I have few goals ongoing, such as becoming 80 kg's and wake up 6 o'clock in the morning, also I want to stay focused and positive and I though what kind of pictures could I use to keep me focused on those goals? I think I can just use a picture of someone with a great body (and photoshop my face instead Any ideas? Thanks, Hlynur |

^^, you have a nice imagination, now the only thing lacking is that you don't exercise it enough. When thinking of 6 am an image of the rooster crowing (is this the right word?) and the sun perks up over your window warming your face. (or you can imagine the sun as your love partner, and she's warming you up every 6 am in the morning) This works for me, down side it get's you hot early on in the morning. >,< upside, you wake up at 6 am picture this before you sleep (imagine 6 then the letters am next to it, then the image i described above in your bed) |

Give yourself a reward. I don't know what it is. But make it something that you really enjoy. Maybe you can purchase a magazine and leave it in your living room, unread. Allow yourself to only read it after you wake up at 6 AM. I know you can't use this technique EVERY morning. But you can consider using it for a few days in order to acquire the habit of waking up early.
