Default Another Paraliminal Question

i have 4 questions...
1. what do i have to do to listen to the paralaiminal tapes effectively so that i can feel the effects??

2. how often do i listen to the following paraliminals(for example once a day, once a week,etc...):
a. memory supercharger
b. personal genius
c. self-eteem supercharger

3. i fall asleep while listening to the paraliminals is this okay??

4. will the effects diminish if i listen to the paraliminals if i skip a day of session or is it okay if i miss a day or 2??

I think experience and experimentation will be your best teacher, but if you, or anyone else has any information they'd like to know about the Paraliminals, I'd recommend checking over the Learning Strategies Paraliminals FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) from their website. It may not have answers to everything, but it has some good information and should be helpful to those who are interested in purchasing Paraliminals and those who already own them (ie. you).

Here are some recommendations based on my own usage

First things first, set your intention. Get clear on why you are doing this, and what specifically you are trying to either change or generate. I find it beneficial to use a journal before each journal, writing down and reading my intention aloud. Read through the booklet that came with the CD for instructions specific to the Paraliminal you choose.

Something nice I added to my intention recently was to actually make the Paraliminal more effective. By adding the words/feeling of "I intend to hear the words on this recording in their most positive light, automatically eliminating any negative response from my preconditioning," or something along those lines. You know yourself best, so you know who/what your gatekeepers are like. Become aware of your own filter of reality, then specifically act to change it.

After your session..

I believe the greatest benefit comes when the paraliminal becomes something to interact with, a toy you play with for 15-30mins at a time. When you are done, set it down, smile, and go about your business. Letting Go of your expectations for results will allow the changes to occur more rapidly.

I would recommend listening to 1 or 2 sessions at the most for a few weeks. Since they are based on entrainment, hypnosis, nlp and positive suggestion, they will only begin to work once your conscious filter is bypassed. This is why they have the dual-story format, so you literally can't keep track and 'edit' the input. This may happen right away, or it make take a few weeks. Give the Paraliminal time to do its work, and your subconscious time to start taking new notes.

Yes. Sometimes deep trance feels like light sleep (or deep sleep). Something to be aware of is whether or not you wake up when he counts up to 5. If you hear it and your eyes open, then your mind kept track of the session. If not, well I'm not sure if there any loss of retention ;p Personally I like it when I wake up on cue. If you want to sleep during/after a session, check the booklet to see which tracks are for 'sleep learning.' That is, placing a track on repeat at a low volume while you go to sleep. For most Paraliminals it is either track 3 or 7, but consult the booklet for specifics.

During the first few weeks, I believe you want to keep the Paraliminals active among your daily activities. If you do miss a day, make sure you write down some intentions, maybe thinking about the Paraliminals and allowing them to start working for you.
