hi this is my problem, it all started when i was in school,i used to go blank and very nervous today if i have maths exam the next day ,inspite of so much preparation i use to feel disconnected with this world ,later this problem started spreading when i was in college this happened to all the subjects ,when i was in degree it continued .. if there is any presentations next day i used to feel very blank disconnected with the world and cant do my regular activities properly i used to feel mentally blocked today ,inspite of the pre preparations , so many friends of mine even if they do last minute preparation they looked confident and also excelled, if i summarize my problem inspite of good preparation i feel worst the day previous to the exam/presentation i cant even do my usual activities like talking to my parents, havinig my lunch dinner etc,@ last i cant even sleep well in the end ... |

listen to yourself, what do you think is wrong. so far you have answered this questons wonderfully. try to enjoy the little things and don't worry, this is not the end of the world. You will have to find a way to release stress and relax. that's the only solution i can share with you. Confidence = (Relaxed Mind and Body - stress) |
