| Yesterday I've decided that I will have to change my life. And Today I've started.Wake up earlier, mediated for 10 minutes, did a little stretching, and spent 20 minutes making a plan for this day. I've started the plan. All where great until at 12 PM when I had planned to go to gym and do 1 hour of exercises. When I've got at the gym the gym was closed.I didn't had what to do and come back and did a little surfing online. This interruption disturbed all my schedule. From that point I've started to look for things that I was interested online, watch videos, and do some useful things, but nothing from that list. What do you suggest me to do when I face a problem like this. BTW - This is not the first time when I face this problem. |

| Usually what I'll do is I will look for other activities that I've planned to do the next day or the day after (i.e. switch my schedule around). I'll do a post mortem at the end of the day to review why I was unable to complete that activity (i.e. in the case of the gym, if the gym is closed during a certain time of the day) and factor these into the schedule to prevent this from happening again. |

| Maybe you could write out 2 lists on a piece of paper. List 1 has all the things you need to do each day to feel you have been productive. List 2 can be a long list of all the things you have always wanted to do but have not previously had the motivation to do. The things on this list don't need to be completed by any particular date but make them things that feel worthwhile for you to do or you probably won't do them. You could read over this list and choose one whenever you feel the urge to do something constuctive. Good to hear you have decided to change your life, it's a step in the right direction. The longer you stick with it the easier it will get. There is a lot of information on the power of your mind at the link below that you may find interesting. John
