TheOptimist is on a distinguished road
Default 30-Day Challange

So this is my first 30-Day challange - I'm going to do this because I'm not very ambitious and just want to hold on a thing for at least 30 days


So here are my tasks for the 30 days:

- stretching for 20 minutes
-meditating for at least 15 minutes
-organizing stuff for 10 minutes

and the last and most important thing
-to do 1 good thing for somebody else every day

I'm starting today, so stay tuned for updates
