Ok, i just posted a thread today about where I would love to live anywhere in the world. now i thought I would show you somewhere more practical. I want to move out when im about 19. If i moved out with my girlfriend it would be here. Studio flat to rent in Goonreeve, St. Gluvias, TR10, TR10 Obviously I wouldnt find this exact place at the time.. but I want this kind of thing.. its nice to dream. This studio flat has everything you need! Its only £400 a month! including water, power, and tax! If this was shared it would be £200 for me. I could make that in a month so easily without a job.. .. sell a few paintings.. do freelance online work.. sell music.. play gigs. well.. I have loads of different thing i want to do for career. but yeah.. the point is.. this is so cheap! and achievable! Does anyone know any great cheap places to live? DONT SUGGEST LIVING WITH PARENTS. I meen living independently. |

The part of the country you have shown is generally quite expensive so I'd imagine that place being miniscule. The price is pretty low but a studio flat wouldn't be that practical if you were sharing unless you were VERY close to your co-habiter and had little stuff. Jobs are quite hard to come by down there as well as most work is seasonal. If you are sharing you should look at prices above £500 minimum and probably as high £600 but that does rather depend on where you are in the UK. Generally the prices are lower the further North you go but you need to consider whether you want to be on the coast, in the hills or in the city.
