Default 30 Day Challenge 3-Restoring Productive Habits and Eating More Fruit

30 Challenge 3-Restoring Productive Habits (Sunday, Dec 28 - Tuesday, Jan 27)

In this challenge, I will:

1. Stay off the Internet until 4 PM, using it only for work.

The first part of this trial is to build back up a skill that I'm afraid of losing. When I dropped the habit after the previous trial, it set me back more than I realized, so I want to rebuild it. Other than that, previous rules apply.

Dropped the "avoid candy" part of the trial. I'm suddenly very concerned about this challenge, and I'm desperate to regain the momentum I had, so this time I'm not going to weigh it down with any other challenges, to ensure I can pick this skill back up at top speed.

Also, I can't seem to edit the title of the thread. Any help with that?

Since this is a simple habit-renewal trial, I'm not gonna focus on the specifics for each day. This time I'll just make a note whether I succeed for the day or not.

Day 1: Completed
