I haven't used Holosync personally, but I have used Hemi-Sync from the Monroe Institute and found it to be very helpful. I think they both use similar technologies, but I'm not entirely certain.

I haven't used it.

I haven't used any similar program, only alpha and theta brainwave-entrainment.

But that stuff is seriously overpriced. If you get Neuro Programmer 2 (maybe 50 bucks for pro version, which lets you make your own sessions), you can download some guys session that he made to closely duplicate the Holosync deal. I have read alot about it on the forums and there doesn't seem to be complaints. I was away from the forum for over a year and then came back and there were still fresh topics about how to use it etc... so it seems legit. Plus you can ofcourse do all the other stuff with NP2, make your own sessions, use all the prebuilt ones... with Holosync you buy some expensive CD's and there is no leeway with it. If you want to go deeper, you gotta buy a new CD.

thanks Chris Cade for your answer. actually every comment in the blog of centerpointe.com says that it will better than the any other method. can you tell me more about how the hemi-sync help you. i am interested to know more about it.

thanks Elrond for your answer. i am agree that they are very expensive. and only doing meditation one hour daily can bring the desired results. but when i saw the blog and every comment saying that this is four to 20 times better than the traditional meditation than i wanted to dive into this experience. you recommend the Neuro Programmer 2. but i think it is only for brainwave entrainment. can holosync and brainwave is equal. i am not specialist in this sound recording. donot you think it may be harmful for us to create our own meditation CD. i am not pointing to you. actually i do not know much about the technology that's why i am asking from you. is the quality of holosync and this Neuro Programmer is same or different.

if any one have experience than please guide me in this area.

thanks,

Default holosync

I have gone only so far as try out the free demo of holosync. They're using binaural tones for entrainment. This goes for Hemisync as well.

If you've done some further researches as I did in this field, you'll know that 'binaural tones' no longer holds the top position in entrainment. Research has found that 'Isochronic beats' is stronger and thus entrains the brain better than binaural beats. So, unless Holosync and Monroe Institute have upgraded their products to incorporate isochronic tones, then they're 'passe'.

Some respectable products that merged both binaural and isochronic beats are: the Neuroprogrammer and Brain Evolution .

Do further searches and reading before you buy any product.
