Default Oh no? Commitment phobia?

help- I think I have a phobia of commitments. I seem to back out of things easily, I got sick to my stomach the first few days of the beginning of my relationship with a boyfriend that lasted a whopping 2 weeks, not to mention my previous two other boyfriends who barely made it over two weeks. One time I put in hair extensions and I had to take them out that night cause I had a minor panic attack thinking they were going to be in forever....
there are many other instances that have lead me to this conclusion
Am I creating this in my head? Or do I really have a phobia?

any answers or comments would be great thanks
