Default Changing perspectives.

I am going through a difficult time in relation to a certain area in my life.I feel I have justification to worry, fret, fear what will happen in relation to this issue.
And then I read this quote a few days ago "One of the things I have learned is that there is always someone who's life makes your hard times look like heaven and that there are always ways to find the joy and ecstasy in the mere fact of being alive if you look for it.We are here because we wanted to be. We won the spiritual lottery in order to get here now and take part in these glorious times of transformation. We incarnate beings are the few the proud the lucky." and this said very clearly get with it.Wake up.The problem now is I can't believe how much we somtimes get worked up over mundane issues even though they may still be important and maintaining that vantage point is imperative and as I know anyway, fretting, worrying and fearing what will happen in relation to any particular outcome is always going to work against you.I have no idea why I'm posting this.Perhaps I need to get it on a deeper level than I'm getting it. Hmmm.

Maybe these words could help you?

There are no failures, only opportunities to grow.

This world view has relieved me form a lot of stress. Because we really are learning, not failing.

just let it out
you are posting because you had a need to say that

worry fret and fear are of no use but I find myself leaning that way too sometimes

when this happens I ask myself
okay how is this helping me ?

I realized one day that I was 'transferring' my fear and worry upon my children

and that made me feel soooooooooooo bad

and even though I still do it I catch myself more now

good luck
