Just wondering if any of you have any advice on how to find a mentor suitable to me.

I guess there are a few factors here I am concerned about:

I need to pick a goal and focus on that single goal.. I think that a mentor would help me remain on track.

I know that I cant continue the way I am going for very much longer... there is virtually no motivation, and I just need someone to talk to who understands me on such a broad level.. someone who will motivate me, but also someone who I can motivate.. a two way relationship... someone I can grow with...

My fiancee needs this, but I dont think he will do anything about himself until he sees what I can do.

I guess you really have to want to change in order to implement it.

Hi shakra,

If you need a mentor, why don't you find one? If you are in college or working, or you may have older sibling (a cousin or aunt or someone like that) who you can look upto and who can help you.

Basically you also have to build up your own motivation. If you want to do something, you can. Set small goals for yourself and discipline yourself to reach the goals.

I think I may have just thought of someone... a friend of a friend who is clairvoyant..

the issue is that I need someone that I respect and that I can open up to and be 100% honest without them judging me..

oooh.... just thought of someone else as well...

How would you feel if suddenly, you begin to easily acheive all your goals?

Think of a goal right now that you want to acheive. Now picture it in your mind for a moment.

How will you feel when you acheive this goal?

I would feel a surge of energy... enough to push me to keep on going..

I visuallise myself sitting in my bead shop, creating many beautiful designs, and encouraging people to use crystals for their healing properties.. I feel elated! I feel motivated!

I visualise myself purchasing rubies in India next year.. I feel very fortunate to understand the special qualities that spiritual people have.

Reading back on that.. it doesnt make a lot of sense.. but thats what I see.. and thats what I feel,.....
