A while ago I saw something that I wanted (note that I cannot go and see it, I don't have pictures of it) and well it caused an amazing shift in my motivation and determination and for about 3 days it was like a beast had risen from within me and I was doing everything right, all the decisions I made were the good ones for growth and it all seemed so easy. My subconscious was working with me. When it tailed off it was as if someone had just slammed me into reverse, I was getting up later, going to bed later, not getting on with the things I should be, etcetera. How can I keep the ball rolling? |

I feel your pain.. I go through the spurt thing too. I would recommend writing down little things to remember that makes whatever you're working through so easy; so when you're in your down-time you can pull out that paper, post it on the wall, anywhere you can easily grab it when in need or stumble upon when it would be a good time and get yourself back to that same state-of-mind. It's all about transitioning and remembering. You can do! It just needs a concentrated effort |
