Default education compromising integrity

I feel that my formal education is compromising my integrity. It holds me back on the things i want to attive becuase i just have to mindlessly do what everyone else is doing. I know im not alone in this albert einstein also seemed to dislike his formal education.
The only reason i am goign with formal education is becuase i feel safe with the rutine. I am learning from it but alot slower than i do myself whilse just doing what i want. If i wasnt in education the downsides would be.
1: People would look down on me as I wouldnt be doing anything with a name thats exepted by society, like haveing a job or being in education... I guess i could be clver and say somthing really smart sounding... but yeah..
2: i would miss the stucture that formal education offers, knowing that i will be doing a certan thing at a certan timee of the week and being with friends offers a great comfort.
3: i wouldn tget a qualification. When i dont even think that the gradeing shows my skills, i dont see how i could be happy by getting an opotunity by showing somone it.

I cant see myself going out of education even though i dont see much of a benerfit for the future for me from it.. In the time i could develop a busineses or my talents myself and be doign much better than i would from that path of accademics.
