| I think I realized a problem that's been plaguing me for a while now - I can't seem to stay in the right mindset for an extended period of time. It comes and goes. For example, positive thinking. I think a lot more positively than I used to but it just doesn't "stick" like I want it to. Or lately, living everyday like it's my last. When I live like this, I really LIVE and there's a sense of urgency which I love. However, I cannot seem to stay in this perspective for an extended amount of time... I go in and out of it which leads to being unproductive and unmotivated. I really would like to stay in this mindset... how do I go about doing that? Thanks.

| Well the HOw is tricky in this one. For me it works when I make my visualizations every evening when I'm in my bed and every morning before I'm out of bed. Not just thinking about it, but putting all your emotions in your 'daydream'. For me this helped to give up smoking. Still every morning and evening I want to feel so excited that I quit, so now I feel I can do everything. Feeling like a big winner. Still I'm sure others have their way to stay on their mood track. Good luck, Peek

| Thanks! I'll definitely put visualization on my to-do list every morning.
