Default Personal Development-What Are You Reading Right Now?

I've just cracked open Stephen Covey's "7 Habits To Highly Effective People"-after I read a certain post on here, I realized that if I bought it, I need to actually read it, along with "Psychology of Winning" and "First Things First". What books are the rest of you reading right now on your quest for personal development?

For those who are interested, I just want to note that there is another thread over in the Fun & Recreation board entitled What are you reading?. The thread is about books related to both personal development AND other topics, so it's fine to continue discussion in this thread since this one is specifically focused on books relating to personal development. If you'd like to discuss or reference books that are not related to personal development, please use the thread I linked to above. Thanks.

I'm in the middle of 7 Days to Change Your Life by Paul McKenna and really (really!) like that one.
