Atleast at this moment in my life i can say i am clear headed and know where i want to go.You can never believe how one person can motivate the other.If one can do it,so can the other and so can the others.my 7 goals 30 day trial is 1- getting up at 5 am 2- going for exercise from 5:30 to 7:30 without fail 3- daily 1 hour lotus pose meditation 4- preparing for gate at least 3 hrs a day 5- studying my subjects for atleast 2 hrs 6- studying web designing for 2 hrs 7- learning written english for at least 1 hour 8- Image streaming for 30 mins 9- piano playing for one hour |

It is up to you but maybe you want to be a little less ambicious. What about One day Piano+image streaming/ One day web design I mean... you have to eat at some point! you have the risk that you find it too much and you stop doing it. Change comes in small steps! |

I think that this is a fantastic idea. I've read Shrivaj's thread and that guy is intense. If you think you can maintain something like that then i say go for it and don't let other people try to slow you down. Some people make changes more successfully going one at a time and others do it better going all at once. Why not at least make the attempt to see if this style works for you? Make sure you stay relaxed throughout the trial and you get enough rest so you're not feeling dead on your feet. Being tired always ruins my motivation. Good luck!

there is a old saying in Latvian, that I will try to translate: "road to hell is paved with good intentions" my experience proves this saying to be correct. I don't know what it is, that makes me stick to unrealistic plans, maybe strong nonacceptance of myself ... Uldis |
