Default What method is this? (2nd Habit of Highly Effective People)

Guys,

If you read the book of Stephen Covey the 7 habit of highly aware people. In habit 2 (begin in the end mind) there is exercise, which is you are in a wake and you will imagine what you want to hear from your family, friends & parents, and this comment or testimonials will be your guide on who you want to become.

So my question is whats the name of this exercise? any idea? is there any kind of method that we can try?

Thanks in advance
