Hello; from 24.08.08 'till 30.08 I've written at least 30 minutes daily (sometimes more, even if a litle bit more). I've also expressed Intentions for about 1, 2 minutes. I feel a bit silly about this one but I'm trying it! Today I was asking some questions to my mini rider-white tarot deck and one of them was: - How do I become self-disciplined? The answer: 3 of cups/6 of cups which surprised me. I interpret it as: I need to join a group, I need to do this with other people, with joy about Saring what you learn with your experience with others. I need to celebrate - with the group - each and every small victory. So I need also to change my attitude and stop seeing "discipline" as a Burden and more as something that will give me Joy. So I thought - I could share the little that I do, these small victories (like writing 30 minutes for a week) in these foruns. Anyway what the tarot was saying to me was: I can't get self-discipline (writing, exercizing everyday) on My One, Alone - I need a support group. So I'm planning to share here what I learn. I've made myself a calendar where I apply the Seinfeld method, you know? Eveyday I cross the activity that I've performed - and there's a long chain (not that long, only 7 days long, lol). I've got my September little calendar up. I get a reward if, at the end of the month, I am able to exercice 6 days/weekly and write everyday - I'll buy myself a kettlebell! (If I can find one in Portugal...) Anyway, this is my story so far. Cya around! |
