Hello, I find myslef most of the time, want to do a lot of the actions togethor for example, while i'm writing my Weekly review now, i'm in the middle also surf the web for new news, going out with my dog, arrange my studies and more. it's not something which is specific in the weekly review but also while i'm start study i start also in the middle to do other things which cause me to lose my focus on my studies any ideas or tips? Thank you ,you are a good people in a good place Dror. |

A handy trick I've found is to focus for a time you can handle, then take a break of a few minutes. That way you can lose focus and get a disconnect, only to be able to go back soon after. I do a five minute break every half hour of work. |

Wake up early and exercise before eating, this will give you an endorphin rush throughout your body and mind. After breakfast you will be at your most alert and will be able to concentrate better than at any other time of the day.
