Default Single Handling Burnout?

Rather than switch around tasks as I normally do, I've become interested in the idea of single handling. Originally I switched tasks around to prevent boredom, so I'm concerned on preventing this happening while single handling. Any tips?

Unfortunately I can't think of ways to avoid boredom, but I am a big believer in not "context switching" too much between tasks. I try to batch process and do all my related tasks in chunks, and complete a task before starting a new one. I recently wrote a blog entry on the subject too, How to Effectively Read 12,853 Articles, Forum Topics & Blog Posts a Week

Brian Tracy is a great fan of single handling. He says that shifting between tasks is one of the major reasons for failure. I have to agree with him on that. I'm guilty of this sin as it is today and plan to fix it in the years to come. It's just that I'm currently working on fixing a lot of other things...
