Default I'd like to share an affirmation or mantra.

I've found this to be useful as a mantra. It breaks me out of any possibly arguments or problems in my head and gives me a much clearer picture to I can face and understand everything. Most of all, it releases any and all stress if I just surrender to this mantra. It's so simple, yet so profound. I hope it's as effective with all of you.

Here it is:

What is... IS.

Let me know how it works for you.
