Default Holosync=Subliminal Messages?

I just got my demo from the Holosync people, and as i was reading it my mom came and talked to me. When I showed it to her she got really crazy and started bashing the Centerpointe people as people who just want your money. She says it was crated by the same dude who did EST, which was a personal deveopment thing where you sat in a room and listened to some guy yell at you for a while, and you couldn't get up and go to the bathroom if you needed to. All you could do was what the guy said. Anyways she said that holosync is subliminal messaging, and while I doubt it, theres really nothing i can do about it.

So what do you think? Is Holosync just a scam with subliminal messaging to get you to buy more? or is there more to it?

No, it's not a scam. Simply a brainwave entrainment system to induce a deep meditative state.

After the initial level, the user can write and record affirmations that Centerpointe will encode into the soundtracks, that when played back, will be subliminal - but you write it, so it's custom made for you.

I've gotten some great results from it (only a few weeks in now). And I researched and "ummed and arred" about getting it for months. No regrets - it's great.

Brainwave entertainement has a measurable effect on your brainwaves.
If you want to learn what brainwave entertainement is you would recommend you to visit transparentcorp's FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) .

The marketing of centerpoint is certainly a bit suspect and Brainwave Entertainement is no magic pill that will instandly solve your problems.

Whether something has subliminar messages as a "bonus" doesn't really matter. The only effect of subliminar messaging are placebo effects.

Talking about this in terms of “bad news” or “bad judgment by business leaders” seems archaic. It’s like describing World War One as “a serious diplomatic concern.”
Bruce Sterling about the financial crisis.
