| 1. Get up at 10:30 every day 2. Submit material for on-line guitar instructor job until the July 10th! No matter what! 3. Play guitar 5 hours daily until submitting the material. 4. Record playing sessions daily, (with camera), until submitting the material! 5. Compose and record one song! |

| My Goals: 1. Ask out the girl I'm interested in by July 7. 2. Zero soda (it's summer and I make some damn good sun tea, so it shouldn't be too hard) 3. Run 2 miles every other day. 4. Wake up by 6:30 every day. 5. Work on my web site for at least 1 hour a day. |

| My Goals for July Daily Wake up by 7.30am daily. Drink minimum 6 glasses of water daily. Work on website for at least 1 hour daily. Eat minimum one healthy fresh cooked meal daily. Weekly complete at least 3 1/2 hour exercise sessions weekly. Call or visit Ella. Read Think and Grow Rich (again) for at least two hours Read new John D Martini Book for at least two hours By The End Of The Month Fix the ongoing infection for good. | 1. Meditation Continue doing meditation everyday. Focus on technique and application. Go deeper into my consciousness. Study and practice a couple of additional types of meditation. 2. Diet and Exercise. This is a new one and a huge one. Diet: I will be overhauling my whole diet. I am going to eat at least a 50% raw food diet. Cut out at least 90% of processed food. No nervous system stimulating foods. 5-6 planned meals a day. I am going to eat more organic food. Keep my metabolism just right and steady. Will re-program my taste buds in the process too hehe. Exercise: Go to the gym 6 days a week. I am going to begin slowly and consciously. Strengthen my core first. Fix my posture. Do a lot of stretches. And then learn the right form for exercises and do them. Start with small weights and build slowly. 3. Blogging/Writing I will write 15 quality posts this month on the new blog I set up. My target is 1 post every other day. My goal is to improve my writing and see how I like blogging. I will focus on writing content that can really help people. By the end of July, I should have enough feedback to set more informed goals for 2 and 3. Because with these I am venturing out into unknown waters but at the same time its exciting! |

| 1. Week One: Walk. Anywhere. For one hour total, whether at once or in separate parts of the day. 2. Week Two: Continue the walking, add juice fasting. 3. Week Three: Continue the walking, fasting, and add strength training. 4. Week Four: Continue walking one hour, fasting, strength training, and break the fast some time in August - by going raw. 5. During the entire month, set aside some time each week to meditating, donating to charity all my Goodwill boxes, and either writing or typing my affirmations.

| 1. Wake up every day when I choose to and not when I feel I have to. 2. Finish one of the movies I'm working on. 3. Figure out how to play some songs on a small one-handed flute while simultaneously playing a video game. 4. Find a bunch of stores to play this flute in [around a corner out of sight] and then as I step out, feign confusion to where the music was coming from. 5. Do more things that probably shouldn't be listed in a public forum. |

| Goals for July: - get cast in at least one film, commercial or play. - wake at 6:30 each weekday (7:30 weekends) - start making fruit smoothies for breakfast - no clothes shopping - no coffee (only green tea) - cut meat from my diet completely (fish okay for now) - workout at least 4x weekly |

| I would just like to survive turning 40 tomorrow! I never had any idea how this would upset me. Milestone birthdays are always a wake up call, but this one has knocked me for 6. Particularly the fact that I'm still single and don't own a house. Why should that matter so much?? Sorry, I've hijacked this thread. I'll go get my slippers and sweet sherry |

| 1.Make the changes needed to adopt a healthy lifestyle; diet, sleep/wakeup routine, daily exercise 2.Improve self-discipline 3.Confront & overcome my doubts & fears; resolve feelings of inadequacy,insecurity & summon the courage to start pursuing my dreams 4.Ace the GRE general test (score 1550+: Verbal:750+, Quantitative: 800, AWA:5.5+) 5. | from this day for the rest of the month - my goals! 1) wake up at 8 AM everyday 2) walk to places that are close instead of driving to those places 3) eat healthily 4) start following habit schedule first 3 goals will be my month or 30 day challenge, and the last goal will be a work in progress. |

Ceros' goals for the next 30 days: 1) Maintain my new diet infallibly for four weeks and two days. 2) This is a subset of (1), but it's so important to me that I made it into an extra goal: Abstain from sweets and products with processed sugar for 30 days. 3) Develop an exercise regime -> Whatever the hell that means. |
