| Can I just be the first to point out that they have the following stages? Stage One - Consultation Stage One - Consultation Stage Two - Alignment Stage Four - Alignment Stage Five - Implement Values I find it rather amusing that they repeat stage one twice and skip stage three altogether  . Other than that no I haven't heard about talent management. It looks like they provide some sort of service to business? Is that about right? |
