Can I just be the first to point out that they have the following stages?

Stage One - Consultation
Stage One - Consultation
Stage Two - Alignment
Stage Four - Alignment
Stage Five - Implement Values

I find it rather amusing that they repeat stage one twice and skip stage three altogether .

Other than that no I haven't heard about talent management. It looks like they provide some sort of service to business? Is that about right?

Default Never give them money up front.

If they ask for money for pictures or anything else, they're a scam. Trust me on this. I've been in the business 15+ years.
