Hey guys, I seem to be in a loop where I keep feeling overwhelmed, confused and not sure how to do things. To the point that I feel like I don't know how to do anything and I get nothing done. I then have to reread over everything I have written, get some rest and perhaps rego over everything and rethink through it and then I've got the clarity to move ahead. But the trouble is this loop keeps happening and keeps happening so often I'm hardly getting anything done. It's frustrating and i don't know what causes it! I have huge desire to do great things, but I seem to keep stumbling like crazy and it's the same stumbling block that I don't know how to get over! |

You stated that you receive clarity after stepping away from the situation for a while. That may be the answer to your dilemma. See if you can focus your level of concentration for short periods of time (long enough to accomplish short term objectives) then allow a break for you to recoup. Repeat the cycle over again. This way you become more effective in short, focused moments instead of having to be on top of your game all the time. |
