Default i need some motivation

i been stuck in a place i dont wanna be in for far too long and its annoying me now - i keep getting side tracked, lazy, overwhelmed

i really want to achieve things i want - seems very tough tho

i am definately not doing the right things at the moment and it seems hard to change

From your post it is hard to see what your obstacles are and what your goal is.

Have you written down what you want?

Do you have a plan on how to achieve it?

first of all don't pay attention on what you don't wnat, find what you want and concentrate on it. always think about what you want it will help you get your desires and dreams become real.

i have written down but it gets lost i fail to review daily

i guess no plan and no on how to achieve it
I feel i need a push from someone

yes i must pay attention on what i want -

things seem very tough - seems like i been stuck in this same place for years

Get a piece of paper and a pen. Write down one thing you want.

Get some blu tack or tape and stick it on your wall so you will see it whenever you wake up.

Now you will have no problem reviewing it or paying attention to it.

If you don't know how to get it. Post a topic here asking how you can get IT. There are a lot of people here so someone will have some ideas for you and that will give you a plan.

Don't be afraid.

You have to do immediately three steps

1) Find out your goals.
2) Make very good and simple plans to achieve the goals.
3) Execute the plans with high performance.
