| I'm very interested in learning about feng shui but I'm not really sure where to start and I thought maybe you guys could point me in the right direction. I have no budget for this. I have seen a bunch of online and offline courses but they are very expensive and I can't afford it at this point in time. I have been browsing the internet and there are thousands of resources but a lot of them seem to be dumbed down, westernised and commercialised, along the lines of "buy this cool looking water fountain and these stones with random symbols" or "put your bed in this corner and your desk in that corner" with no real explanations. I would like to learn the principles and concepts rather than read some wishy-washy tips. So I was wondering if anyone could suggest any books or websites that have 'real' information for a beginner like me to start learning. Thanks! |

| Just a suggestion, but have you tried going to the library to borrow some books on Feng Shui?

| I've just found a new online group called Let's Get Groovy and Feng Shui over on a community site called Crazy Sexy Cancer. She recommends a book that I have somewhere, called Move Your Stuff, Change Your Life. You could check your library for the book above, as well as anything by Lillian Too. |

| Thanks for that link, it looks really useful. I will also look into the books. I think the hard part will be convincing my other half that we need to change the furniture around yet again lol |
