"I am the master of my own destiny" is the single most significant belief for me.

"I am constantly growing and improving" is a very powerful belief. It allows for acceptance of your present life situation while having a positive look on it and aiming for learning and success.

"I always win so it's a natural conclusion, I will win." - Lucinda Ledgerwood, from the UK's version of The Apprentice.

Okay, so that may not be the most empowering belief to most people. But it certainly sums up my belief on my life - I always strive to be the best (ambition), and success at what I'm doing is what I'm after. Most of the time, that's exactly what happens. And if it doesn't, I gain a valuable learning experience, and next time is even better. I enjoy the route to success, I enjoy succeeding, and I enjoy learning from my successes and failures. It's win-win-win!

For me, an empowering belief is something that gives me motivation and drive to be an even better version of myself - that quote fits my view perfectly.

My husband was interviewing a positive psychology expert last week, and the expert said, "You can act your way to thinking differently better than you can think your way to acting differently." In other words, if you want to change anything in your life, don't stew about it -- just take some action, any action towards your goal. Your thoughts will follow.

That's a nice way to put things, I like that.

You know, that is quite possibly the best quote I've seen for a while. Thanks for sharing.

And I guess I should share something myself.

I have always noticed in my life that, well, things always work out for me. I mean, no matter how hopeless things seem to get, they always work out. Even my friends comment on this fact. So now I keep this in mind. If something seems rather hopeless, I keep in mind that everything will work out, because it always does. And it does. Even if something happens that is totally opposite of what I want, it leads to something even better.

"Am I alright RIGHT NOW?"

There are very moments in your life when you're in real danger or real pain.* Almost all of it is anxiety about possible future pain or remnants of old pain. In this moment, right now, chances are pretty good that everything's ok.

*Aspiring, of course I am not talking about you. You need to keep your eye out for grizzly bears.

Hmm... I mainly try to remove as many beliefs as possible and work outside them. Offcourse there are still beliefs I have but the most important one for me is.

I trust myself (Or maybe that should read as my heart/intuition)

That is how I try to live my reality.

they also had one on robots and placed "food" and the robots started acting like humans !!!!!! but if you ask me i would say the humans are influencing the tests which was already proven in another robot test haha
