1. Get up at 10:45 every day
2. Send my video for guitar-instruction job!
3. Finish recording for 7 songs for my site
4. Practice note-reading 15 minutes daily and 2 hours on the Sunday
5. Sunday will be day off-except note reading
6. Practice technique every second day one hour and ten minutes
7. Candies-addiction! Ice-cream every day. Ones weekly good candies! Fruits and fruity yogurt


Start on 3th June!

So far I have the following goals for June..

I have realised that my negatives thoughts/beliefs often involve criticising myself or others for anything, so my goal this month which will be very challenging is to try and praise myself and others daily (or at the end of each day if I haven't praised myself or others find things I good have praised) (haha Freudian slip)

Also keep on with running training.

Get a job or source of income.

Thumbs up My goals for June

1) Get up at 5:00 am and go to bed no later than 11:00 pm every day.
2) Exercise an hour each day alternating weight lifting and running.
3) Work on my thesis daily for at least 4 hours on average.
4) Talk to one stranger every day.
Weekend days are also included.
