Hi all, I was wondering if anybody has any recommendations on download hypnosis mp3s? Something that allows me to overcome shyness, and help me be a better conversationalist and be able to get over phobias. I've listened to some stuff by Wendi Friesen but would like personal recommendations. Thanks

| hmm... i used Neuro Linguistic Programming.. I personally learned how to get myself into a very confident state at any point of time.. U can visit my blog, check out 'The Patterns of Excellence' (mp3 audio) or 'Success with NLP' (ebook). That's my all time recommendation..

Paul McKenna's books come with cd's that have wonderful hypnosis meditations on growing confidence and other life enhancement. Also, you can download his phobia hypnosis from his website, Paul McKenna Paul McKenna Official UK Site, although you might find them expensive. I paid about $30 for the Fear of Water one and it's great! (Unfortunately the first day I listened to it a great white shark ate someone not too far from here, and that gave me a bit of a setback.)

When I was going through my first exams and was having panic attacks I listened to "Guided Meditation" by Kelly Howell lots and lots. It's not specifically designed to overcome anything, and it's not directly hypnosis, but it was incredibly calming and helped me to get centered.

You can get a free download of a guided meditation called Positive Thinking from The Meditation Podcast - Music, imagery, Audio Technology - Free download to iPod or computer. DUring the meditation, the guide gives you time to visualize whatever it is you want in your life...in your case, it would be a lack of shyness. Good luck! FW

I have downloaded several titles from hypnosisdownloads.com and found their Mp3s to be lacking; I felt their quality to be cheap and I was barely "under". didn't work on me. I was pretty dissapointed. You could try deeptrancenow.com. Try the free hypnosis downloads they offer first before you commit to spending any money.
