23 februari 2007 - Day 10 AWH man! Harsh! I felt horrible waking up today and sleeping in goddamnit! I was in a horrible emotional state after I woke up but I did manage to get over this by just taking action and clearing up my space, taking a shower. So this day is also a zero in terms of what I assigned myself to do, but I picked myself up and I guess thats the most important thing. Nonetheless the stretching I did as well I sure learned a lesson about saying no. I was planning to go out of town again this weekend but I cancelled everything since it disturbed my balance quite a bit.

24 februari 2007 - Day 11 This is a better day that started. I noticed that Getting up right away is starting to get harder and feeling tired even more so. Room and stretching went ok right after I got up and did anything else.

25 februari 2007 - Day 12 Wow not so good today again. Had a long time no see friend come over and we drank wine until 6 am and got myself out of bed at noon. It was a load of fun and the thing is my social life is ok but pretty modest. I did sleep until noon but I also got out of bed the moment I realised I was goofing. Then I got started on the day working a little bit instead of the sitting at the computer. That felt better. Its important that this happens because it allows me to start trusting myself. On one hand days like these are the ones Im waiting for because I need to lose my vulnerability to losing momentum. I sit here at a clean desk now and its very hard to regret that I had a drinknight with my buddy. Taking the bike to the store and get food instead of waiting until I really got hungry before I hit the store (reactive=bad, but the usual stuff) stretching was painful but felt good in a non-masochistic way I like to believe. I also tried EFT to do something about the heavyness that comes with a hangover. I still dont know if I just got distracted but I did feel different.

26 februari 2007 - Day 13 Can't believe I'm almost halfway. Today I had to get up early to make my promise to my family help them clean up their attic so I guess in terms of getting up early and doing cleaning I did a pretty good job today. The stretching: that came just before I wrote this. Not 100% on top of my game yet ....but better

27 februari 2007 - Day 14 But it's gotta take more than this. OR I underestimated reprogramming my morning behaviour. Sleeping in and snoozing starts happening again. The action taking during the day is getting way better though. I tend to take action on the less fun part first before I relax. I'd clean up after myself more quickly. And I still stretch. Also I DID clean my room after I slept in before i did ANYTHING else. see you tomorrow.

28 februari 2007 - Day 15 Halfway and Im nowhere near building the habit of not snoozing. Eventhough I got up at 7:45 am, I didn't go without snoozing since the alarm went off at 7:00 am Productiveness and stretching that was fine today. The bright side is the procrastination itself is vanishing. I recognize so quickly now when Im putting stuff off based on the emotion at hand. Like Dadeon said, just typing this is a huge piece of the puzzle as well

1 Maart 2007 - Day 16 Im really losing the getting up part goddamnit. But the stretching and the cleaning up are plummeting. Especially the cleaning up part. Im starting to notice that Im cleaning up after myself even when Im not doing my fifteen minutes. my body and its energy is definately a sticking point here. Great conclusion Last edited by Sworn; 03-02-2007 at 09:51 PM.

2 Maart 2007 - Day 17 So this is not getting me anywhere the way its going now. I sleep in and snooze hardcore again. I wonder if im gonna start a new 30 day challenge focused more on diet and excersise so the energylevel will take care of itself... the cleaning up and the stretching, as always is fine for today.

We need to bring this thread back to life. Those of us who were in it can't give up. We need to help each other, inspire each other. I have kept up with my scoring method, but haven't done well recently. I'll post an update in a day or so. I learn from my errors though. I'm learning that I HAVE TO go through a habit of saying a self-written morning prayer, writing down my long-term goals each morning, getting to work on my most difficult task in the AM. Then at the end of the night updating my Thinking Rock to-do calendar. If I do these things, I have a very successful run of days. When I fall off of this habit, I am completely unproductive. I'm not giving up on my goals -- no one else should either. Get TOUGH, people!! |

Hi everyone. I've decided to resurrect this thread for my own purposes and post daily time logs. Hopefully it will encourage my productivity. Thanks. 05/08/2009 Day1: To-Do List Link to pdf: http://www.steekr.com/n/50-17/share/...4a78d4448ff7c/ Last edited by zaproh; 08-05-2009 at 01:38 AM. |
