Chew on this... Doesn't Personal Development really just all boil down to taking massive action and rearranging your life accordingly? Isn't this the model you should follow if you want quick results without years of trial and error. Seriously...We all have the ABILITY to make massive changes in our life at any second. For instance...If I wanted to obtain a new super hot girlfriend I would simply go to begin approaching them until I found what I was looking for. I could simply walk out my door right now and approach 100 good looking women today. That's more than most guys do in an entire life. What about money? Starting a business can be rewarding..but often times people get to caught up in the planning stage. Right now I am taking a serial entreunprener angle and opening new ventures left and right. From websites to brick and mortar I am leaving no stone unturned. Last year I spent 2 days creating a site that makes me 1000 to 2000 a month. I remember when I was making the site I didn't even feel like finishing it because I didn't really know what I was doing and didn't think many people would go to it. What if I would of made 5-6 sites a 2 day period. I bet you I would be making more money. Working out...If you are going to go to the gym why play around for 30 minutes. I see people that sometimes don't even break a sweat in there. To me that's a waste of time. Get your heart rate going and make your trip worth while. No one gets to their goals by being stuck in neutral. Kick your work ethic, dreams, and goals into high gear. Take massive action to get massive results. |

Most serious change in life doesn't even have to be massive. Massive effort directed toward a potential massive change is incongruent with harmonius life. Like seriously, do you know how much money, time and effort you would have to expend to actually approach 100 women let alone date them? Other things in your life would suffer while your attention is on massive change. Friends, family, responsibilities, giving of yourself. Then even if you attracted 2 super hot women, there is no guarantee they would be people you really even liked. That kind of goal focus can be a huge trap. Smaller but consistent actions are less likely to leave you burned out, hated by your friends and family and emotionally and physically empty when your change finally arrives. Reminds me of that saying: Be careful what you wish for.... Jennifer |
