This may look like a joke, but it is very true.

You need to know your strengths and weaknesses. But most of all, you need to know that in order to earn money, you need to be EFFECTIVE -- effective in execution, effective in planning.

It means it is important for you that what you are doing GENERATES RESULTS, not just NOISE.
