Hi Edris,
introducing me: 31 y.o. - living in Norway - bodymind awareness consultant.

Itīs great that you have dedicated this year to become more of who you truly are and want to be! most people donīt - congratulation!

Any change requires study and repetition over time.

Use this forum as a great place to get answers to questions that pops up during your process(adwises people gives here are mostly really good!), but you might want to seek a place to study more profoundly topics like:

- how our mind operates
- discovering your true purpose in life and expressing more of who you are
- overcome your greatest obstacles (all related to your mind = things you actually can change)

Letīs face it; our mind did not come with an instruction manual, and most of us never got any guidance towards discovering what we love to do and why...

To control ourself and our thoughts we need order in our mind. We need to see the whole picture - how our thoughts, feelings, actions and results are linked together. When we have a crystal clear picture of this we are in control and never our circumstances.

Iīm part of a community in Scandinavia (mostly Finnish and Norwegian at the moment) who all study these things to make 2008 a year for change. Send me an e-mail if you want to know more.

I couldn't advise you more than reading The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, by Stephen Covey. The first habit is Be Proactive and is the first one you will need to initiate the change you want. Each habit is a pradigm shift, which means it requires you to understand it, then it will change your vision of the world, every time.

Google the book and you will see. Enjoy the journey...
