| I find it for awhile and then it goes. I'm really motivated right now to stop biting my nails. Almost a week since I have bit them. BUT I want to move this motivation on over to other things on my plate right now, Like exercise and losing weight. I got 30 more lbs to lose to get to my pre-pregnancy weight(after 3 1/2 years LOL) and then I had quite a bit to lose to begin with. Its not hard at home we simply don't buy the junk but its at work and so hard to stay away sometimes.

| Have you considered trying to get some leverage on yourself? I wrote an article about this just recently: Scott H Young » The Seven Keys to Leverage |

| For me it usually helps to imagine the benefits of my goal. If I for example wanted to lose weight, I would try to focus on what benefits it will give me and not on the weight itself. Your weight is just a number, but it influences a lot of things in your life and these things are better motivators than a number. |
