Default Polyphasic "Daily" Planning

Hi folks,

I've been polyphasic for about a year now, and am very happy with the lifestyle. One issue I'm having is dealing with a daily planning regimen. I really like the idea of sitting down in the evening and making a plan for the next day, and then, while you're sleeping, the plan acts like a kind of programming / intention manifestation to help make your day great. When you get up, you're fired up, things tend to go more smoothly, etc.

The problem is that I sleep every four hours, and I've found that sleeping totally "reboots" this process. I can't sit down in the evening and get a great plan going for the next 24 hours; the naps interrupt the flow of the plan's energy somehow. On the other hand, I can't sit down and work out a plan every four hours, treating each cycle as a mini-day. That just takes too much time -- especially since having 4 kids makes scheduling naps challenging enough!

I wonder if any of you folks -- polyphasic or not -- have suggestions? Thanks!!

Would it work to do a 2-3 minute plan review before each nap?

I find that I am more motivated when I wake up from a nap if I spend a moment before the nap deciding what to do after it. I also can use the few minutes as I am falling asleep to clear myself of negative emotions or energy, initiate something positive on a spiritual or emotional level, or ask questions.

Good luck!

What shedule do you use? 25 minutes every four hours? How much can you vary from one hour?
