It's amazing that I know how important time management is and goal setting, but I never seem to be focused enough to sit down and write stuff down! When I do, I get what feels like writer's block. It's like self sabotage and I can't slow my mind down enough to figure out why. I do have ADHD, which doesn't help. Any ideas? |

Start with something simple as silicon said. One of the best ways to get the creative juices is flowing is make an insanely impossible number of things to come up with. Try making a list of 100 intentions, desires and goals. After the first 20 or so, you'll get past the obvious and mundane things and start tapping into your subconscious. I wish you the best of luck, putting your goals down on paper is an important step! =)

Hi Dannyboy1, I'd suggest carrying a journal with you. Sometimes you can't plan those spontaneous moments when you're mind is flowing with ideas. You just need to jot them down. I carry a hardcover journal around with me. If I get an idea, I jot it down before it's gone forever. I've written blog posts, poetry, business ideas and planned my website with this technique. It's a great way to capture those inspirational moments.
