| I am 35yrs almost 36. I have not done any homework since my stint in college. I have worked my current job 10+ years. I feel I am at the just get by mode at my job. So my question is after just getting by and not ingaged in studies for such a long time could I forget how to work to do a hard days work? Like everyone here I am looking to improve my life and work on some goals. Soon as I encounter the real work I bail out or get fustrated. If this is the problem how can I get my mind and body back into the hard worker mode? Thanks for your time.

| First off I just wanted to say I used to live in Post Falls, ID. I got out to Spokane every once and a while and lived in Seattle as well. It's beautiful in Washington, I miss it there. As far as hardwork, have you read Steve's discipline series? It really motivated me, and taught me the value of persistence, industy and hard work. I'd also recommend the article, going from a 7 to a 10. Also, keep the end in mind. Think about your goals, write them down and remember the benefits you'll receive. It's easier to get that hard work done when you're not just focusing on how hard it is, but what you're going to get out of it.
