| Okay so I am a week early, but I think I need to get this off my ram and out there, so to speak, which I think will keep me focused for the month, with the help of you guys. Feel free to upadte this thread with your own March 30 day Trials. I know you are not meant to over burden yourself with too many drastic changes currently, but my list below isnt too crazy. Here goes. Stephen's March 30 day trials will consist of... 1# Getting out of bed at 4.50am daily 2# Being in bed by 9.30pm daily 3# No junk food; bread, ice cream, biscuits. 4# 4 weeks of running 5# 3 hours of reading daily 6# Tell 100 people about my business, face to face and give them a business card. I feel better already

| My 30 day trial is called "B+"; Be Positive. I'll change my negative thoughts into a more positive/constructive thought. It's not necessarily what we say, but how we say something. So, whether we think negatively, positively, or constructively, it's going to show in our tone of voice and how we carry ourselves. I'd rather have the 2nd and 3rd option available to me. |

| I just committed to a 30 day trial of intention-manifestation. Every day for at least 20 minutes I will focus on my intentions. I think I'm going to make some note cards of all my intentions and desires that I'll carry around with me. Good luck to you both!

This was an absolute disaster. I pulled this thread just to make sure my April will be much much better. This effort at a March 30 day trial was such a failure that it wasnt until about March 5th that i remembered I was doing a trial Of course once I had remembered, that gave me the excuse to postpone till April. On a more positive note, this month I have been up before 6 am most mornings. The perpetual inner battle.
