ive this really negative outlook all the time, that most people around me at the moment are quite mean...i just feel like everything is falling apart and im feeling extremely sacred and also suffering from a little bit of depression i think.

right now, i have a severe panic attack, and im on my own at home, and i cant calm it down, and its scaring me???

qwerty, we're with you, darlin'. you are surrounded by love. please remember to breathe deeply and smoothly, and try to concentrate on that breath (it's hard to think about anything else when you're focusing on your breath.)

It's funny, you said you're "sacred" when you meant "scared" -- and the truth is: you really are sacred. You are a treasured, beloved part of us, and nothing can ever change that.

You'll get through this.

qwerty, I'm not an expert on the subject, but I too used to suffer from severe panic attacks to the point where I thought I was dying. The best advice I can give you is that you can't expect to fix the entire problem overnight. There are great ways to calm down, such as the breathing methods already mentioned here, but you're going to have to work your way out of it over some time.
I've always been a pretty shy person, and I think most of my problem was that because I was so disconnected from all of the people around me I assumed the worst. If you're having other problems in your life those negative thoughts can creep over into your assumptions of other people. Coming out of my shell a little bit more is what I think eventually fixed the problem because rather than replacing my lack of knowledge of other peoples intentions with negative ones, I was more connected and in tune with other people and learned what they were really about, and also learned that if there is another person in your life who is very mean or negative, that person doesn't deserve your attention. At least not until you have more strength to deal with such a person.
I'm still quite shy in some aspects of my life, but improving my interpersonal and communication skills did wonders for my panic attacks. Hang in there.

I've been there before. If you can, try to go spend some time around someone you are comfortable with for a little while, like a family member or friend.
