Default Forums/Online Communites that..

would be engaging, unique/provocative and help me practice engaging in discussion--exchanging and challenging opinions.

I'm pretty wideended in terms of interests--culture, music, but I'm pretty indecisive about committing to a more specialized interest at the moment.

This is a tough one. I struggled with this for a long time before I knew what I really liked.

What do you dream about? Is it fantastic overtures, is it faraway lands, or is it something more physical, like cars or horses.

There are forums for nearly every subject on the planet. There's a rather large and engaging forum solely for the owners of Ford Trucks.

Try this excersize: Set a few appointments for yourself throughout the day. At each juncture, write down the single thing that appeals to you the most at that specific moment in time. That thing that if you could have an unlimited supply of access to information on just that thing, you could be interested in it for eternity.

At the end of a week, review the results. You may be surprised with what you came up with. Keep in mind that the interest you want to commit to may not be on the list.

And remember that there is always the possibility of changing your mind later on. You don't neccessarily have to stick with it for all of eternity.

Good Luck,
~BraveBlueMice
