Default Fighting myself to death

Hi all,

I have a problem that has been keeping me from succeeding for a very long time and only now have realized the root cause of the problem.

I am a college student in India and am trying to start an online business. Whenever I sit down to work, I do things in a certain way - get distracted, do it wrong, loose focus etc. that only hinder the progress.

I have been trying various things to prevent these, but i realized i was just fixing the symptoms and not the problem itself.

If i fix one problem, i somehow create another hurdle to my progress.

By hurdle I mean make any progress. Even sit down to work on it or finish what i started. Am i subconsciously making myself fail?

Please help.Thanks in advance.

Raja Sekharan

It sounds like you don't quite have the right motivation to start your online business.

What kind of online business, and why are you pursuing it?

I took some time off and gave some thought about it.

I realized that I had conflicting goals and had to let go of one goal. Now I feel a lot more relieved and am able to work.

Thanks!
