WTF????

Well in some way blood circulation effects writing speed, so does perfusion, available energy, the state of the central nervous system, the temperature of your hands, etc.

If you put rubber bands on your wrists you might do permanent damage to your wrists/hands. Cells, bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and other tissues depend on the blood flow for life and health.
