Default NLP/self-hypnosis

Hello all,

I have some social issues which I am trying to overcome ... people have referred me to reading Milton Erickson and looking into NLP.

Apparently reading Erickson, understanding and applying his ideas to your own thought patterns can 'magically' help you ... tell me how this works.

And can someone refer me to some NLP information?

I have trained in clinical hypnosis and NLP. When you combine both you get a good result. This site is run by a hypnotherapist/NLP coach

Hi blazer1,

I'm a certified NLP Practitioner. I can tell you from my own experience that reading books on NLP may not be that helpful at first. For immediate results I would stongly suggest that you work with an NLP Master Practitioner who has experience.

The NLP Master who trained me has extensive experience. Her name is Elizabeth Butler and her website is NLP Possibilities.

Good luck,

blazer1, I am a hypnotherapist and NLP Master Prac I'd encourage you to do an NLP Practitoner course because that is the easiest way to work on yourself, and trust me you wont be the only one doing that!

Milton Ericksons stuff is awesome but it's doubtful how much you would get from it without some formal training or at the very least spending a lot of time reading and practising what you read.
