| Hi all 17 days ago, I started an early riser 30 day trial. Tomorrow will be Day 18, so I'm right on track. However throughout those 17 days, I've come up with other 30 day trials I've wanted to do. This includes talking to a stranger every day for 30 days, spending time every day to review a to-do list, exercise, etc. I was thinking of taking one of these and starting another 30 day trial in the middle of one. Do you think stacking 30 day trials is good, or might it cause you to lose focus?

| Hey, you can see it as one single challenge: a 30-day trial of doing these 2 things you want to do. I believe the brain can take it |

| Don't worry so mch about it. Try it, and see what happens. THere's no "right" or "wrong" way to go about it, and don't be afraid ot make mistakes. If you truly end up making PD a lifelong thing, then you'll make lots of them. I've failed 30-day trials before, too (really badly sometimes, too), but its all part of an experience.
