when you are doing personal develpment, how do you know that you're making an improvement?

how can we judge if something is actually making our lives better?

Hi joethejoeguy,

I guess one way you can track anything is to keep a log or a journal. If you were training for an athletic event or any endeavor you'd have to have something to measure your progress.

If you don't enjoy writing or keeping track just be conscious about where you were and how far you've come in your attitudes, mindset and how you generally feel on a day to day basis.

When you notice that you begin to feel less angry, stressed and more able to let go.

When you notice that you are more sure about yourself and driven to fulfilling your life's purpose.

When you wake up most mornings, feeling ready to conquer the world.

Living a life that matters,
Evelyn
